Bridal Rental, Cancellation & Hire Policy

BRIDAL RENTAL CANCELLATION & HIRE POLICY

1. Booking & Payment
All bridal rental bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment (full payment or agreed
deposit). Once confirmed, the booking reserves the selected outfit(s) exclusively for your event
date.
2. Rental Period
The standard rental period is 5 calendar days. This includes collection/delivery and return.
3. Late Return Charges
Items not returned within the agreed rental period will incur a late fee of £10 per day, per set, until
returned in full.
4. Cancellation Policy (Bridal Rentals)
Due to the nature of bridal bookings and date blocking:
– Cancellations made 4 weeks (28 days) or more before the event date
Eligible for a partial refund (excluding any non-refundable deposit/booking fee, if applicable).
– Cancellations made less than 4 weeks (28 days) before the event date
No refund will be issued under any circumstances.
This is because your booking prevents other clients from securing the same outfit for that date, and
preparation time/resources are already allocated.
5. Non-Transferable Bookings
Bookings are non-transferable to another individual without prior written approval.
6. Date Changes
One date change may be permitted subject to availability and sufficient notice (minimum 4 weeks).
Changes within 4 weeks of the event are not guaranteed and may be treated as a cancellation.
7. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for returning items in the same condition as received and for any loss,
damage, or excessive staining (charges apply accordingly).
8. Agreement
By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms, including the
cancellation and no-refund policy.
We appreciate your understanding that bridal rentals involve advance planning, stock reservation,
and loss of alternative bookings. These terms are in place to ensure fairness and sustainability of
our service.
